<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform, from a remote place, maintenance of a supervision and control device comprising a supervision and control system safely without impairing the function of the supervision and control system in operation. SOLUTION: This supervision and control system maintenance device that monitors and controls from a remote place comprises an internal network interface 101 for connecting to the internal network, a supervision and control system maintenance means 102 that makes connections to a plurality of supervision and control devices through the internal network, transmits, to the devices, the supervision and control device maintenance data, and receives the supervision and control device log data from each supervision and control device, an external network interface 103 for also connecting to an external network, a telecommunications control means 104 that that makes connections, through the external network, to a remote maintenance device installed in the remote place, receives and stores the supervision and control device maintenance data sent from the remote maintenance device, and transmits, to the remote maintenance device, each piece of the supervision and control device log data, a supervision and control device maintenance data storing buffer 105 for storing the supervision and control device maintenance data, and a supervision and control device log data storing buffer 106 for storing the supervision and control device log data.</p> |
