PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an installing space, facilitate the adjustment of a neutral position, and positively restore a pump lever to the neutral position. SOLUTION: This lever mechanism is provided with the pump lever 28 operated so as to tilt to change a flow of liquid, a support part 34 adjacent to the pump lever 28, and two positioning levers 38 supported so that longitudinal midway parts are crossed and longitudinal both end parts 37a and 37b can be opened and closed. The pump lever 28 is provided with a latch part 29 so as to be positioned between one open parts 39a formed by opening and closing of the two positioning levers 38. The support part 34 is provided with a stopper 35 positioned between other open parts 39b formed by the opening and closing of the two positioning levers 38. The positioning levers 38 are provided with an elastic body 40 energizing the longitudinal both end parts 37a and 37b in a closing direction.
