PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the attraction of a program from being deteriorated due to CM, and to simultaneously improve the appealing effects of advertisements by developing a technology capable of selecting advertisements to be displayed according to personal information such as the tastes of a viewer or the like. SOLUTION: In this method for advertising by broadcasting audio visual data constituted of a plurality of objects such as videos and audios or the like such as an MPEG 4 from a broadcasting station, an object 3a or 3b constituting a program main part and objects 4a-4c constituting the advertisement part are respectively broadcast, and a plurality of scene description data 21a-21c describing methods for forming one audio visual data by arbitrarily selecting and synthesizing the objects 3a-4c are broadcast, and one of the plurality of scene description data 21a-21c is selected on a receiver 1 side, and the synthesized audio visual data are outputted.
