HARD URETHANE FOAM FOR HEAT INSULATING PIPE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND HEAT INSULATING PIPE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hard urethane foam for a heat insulating pipe, in which the unevenness of the surface of a molding is prevented even when HFC without an ozone layer-depleting power is used for molding as a component of a foaming agent instead of using HFC, and which is excellent in heat insulation performance and is low in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The hard urethane foam for the heat insulating pipe of this invention includes foaming gas for hard urethane foam containing 8-75 mol% of hydrofluorocarbon, 7-60 mol% of hydrocarbon, and 0.1-45 mol% of carbon dioxide. The structure has a shape that a thick cylindrical body is split along the axial direction.
