PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of image forming apparatus capable of preventing using of image forming apparatuses on a network due to an unauthorized ID. SOLUTION: In the control system, a driver install DB or a home page is accessed (S501), then, an ID and a password as an identifying code to specify an individual user are inputted (S502). A driver control tool of a DB server 15, when installing the printer driver, determines whether the inputted ID and password are matched with the ID specifying the individual user registered in human resources DB 43 (S503). If the ID is matched and it is determined that the user is the registered one (Yes, in S503), the user executes installation of the printer driver in which the identifying code and the ID settled by a network manager are added and terminates the processing (S504). |
