PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress upsizing of an outer dimension of a junction box despite upsizing of a dimension of an ECU substrate. SOLUTION: While a T-shaped recess 11c and a connector housing part 11d are provided on the upper surface 11a of an upper case 11, a case guide 11f is projected on facing two sides 11e. While the ECU case 14 is formed in an inverted L shape and provided with a T-shaped projection 14c, the ECU substrate 17 is split into two pieces to be disposed inside. The projection 14c is inserted into the recess 11c on the body 13 so as to integrate the ECU case 14 and the body 13.
