PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing management apparatus and its control method capable of bringing out and bringing in of print order data with easy operations and capable of managing even the print order data which is brought out. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, printing data is outputted from a storage section 302 of print order information built in a printing management apparatus to a storage section 307 of bring out information including of, for example, an external storage device using removable media, the printing data among the print order data stored in the storage section 302 is eliminated, and information indicating an output contact and order information is remained. Accordingly, the printing data eliminated from the storage section 302 as a built-in device is also still possible to be managed and to be specified the output contact, so that it is possible for the printing data to be restored into the storage section 302 again. |
