PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order-receiving and delivery system allowing the proper grasping of a part requiring a stock number adjustment from the using result of the part to more efficiently perform an inventory control, and the shortening of the period from order receiving to delivery of an air conditioning air duct device. SOLUTION: An order receiving server 30 acquires information for the parts constituting the air conditioning air duct device after receiving an order from a customer, instruct the shipping of the parts while instructing an inventory control according to the using frequency of the parts to an inventory control department, instructs a transport means to transport the parts as they are, and makes an assembling worker assemble the parts after transportation to deliver the parts as a product. Accordingly, a proper stock state can be kept by use of the information obtained in ordering for the inventory control, the shipping of the parts can be performed in a necessary minimum time without causing a shortage of stock. Further, the parts can be assembled in a delivery site or the vicinity thereof in a short time and delivered, and the lead time from the ordering by the customer to the delivery can be also shortened to improve the feeling of satisfaction of the customer. |
