PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operation cost by automatically processing settlement of system use charge, dispensing with the acceptance procedure, and necessarily minimizing the personnel required for the management and to improve the publicness of the system by being installed using a dead space in an arcade and a station square as well as rooms in a commercial building in the information service system for using Internet, etc., per unit hour. SOLUTION: This system is so formed that a space in a building structure is demarcated so as to install a personal computer and provide a using chance of Internet to unspecific customers. This information service system comprises, at least, a frequency management device A having a card reader 1 reading the information recorded in a prepaid card, a monitor device B forcedly cut off from the power supply, when the frequency of the prepaid card counted by the frequency management device gets scarce, and a personal computer body E having a program deleting the history of the system utilization. |
