PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magneto-optical recording medium where PRML technique is applied since a reproduction waveform is close to sine wave. SOLUTION: The magneto-optical recording medium is characterized in such a way that the medium consists of at least a reproduction layer, an intermediate layer, a linking layer and a recording layer, the reproduction and intermediate layers are provided with a non-magnetic field and a diagonal magnetizing direction and the linking layer consists of a layer which is singly non-magnetic in room temperature and is induced by contact with the magnetic layer to have magneticity. |
