PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency, safety, and reliability of a DC-DC converter and an X-ray high-voltage generator using the same, capable of preventing a two-way switch of an auxiliary circuit for soft switching from being destroyed without generating overvoltage due to unexpected turning-off of the two-way switch. SOLUTION: Capacitors 22a to 22d are connected in parallel with first to fourth transistors 20a to 20d of an inverter 4, respectively, and a reactor 23a and the two-way switch, and a reactor 23b and the two-way switch are connected as the auxiliary circuits between a node between the first and the second transistors 20a, 20b of the inverter and a neutral point of a DC power source 1, and a node between the third and the fourth transistors 20c, 20d and the neutral point of the DC power source 1. A current reflux means is formed by connecting a circuit which includes diodes 28a, 28b connected to the two-way switch 42a, and diodes 28c 28d connected to the two-way switch between the positive pole and the negative pole of the DC power source 1. |
