PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the rotational speed control of a motor and phase control by generating an acceleration signal or a deceleration signal, using only the output signal from a BD sensor. SOLUTION: The output signal obtained by the BD sensor 58 is inputted to an acceleration/deceleration control part 207. The acceleration/deceleration control part 207 is provided with a reference signal generating part to output the reference signal of the cycle of rotational speed set as a target and an acceleration/deceleration signal generating part to generate an acceleration/ deceleration section, in which the output pulse width of acceleration and deceleration is decided. A signal, obtained by the reference signal generating part for outputting the reference signal of the cycle of the rotational speed set as the target and a signal from the BD sensor 58 is compared, so that a laser scanner motor 103 is accelerated, when speed does not reach a target speed and is decelerated, when it reaches the target speed. Thus, acceleration/deceleration control is performed each time the BD sensor 58 is inputted, so that the phase control of the reference signal and the rotation control of the motor are carried out. |
