PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic fan preventive of cracking due to stress concentration during the rotation of the fan by reinforcing a fan blade with a reinforcing material. SOLUTION: The root of a boss portion of the fan blade is reinforced with a blade reinforcing material such as a metal plate, a wire, a metal wire, a glass fiber, a coil spring, a prepreg, a carbon or a short fiber mixture.
