PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female screw phase measuring device, capable of simply measuring the phase deviation of a groove formed on the inner peripheral face of a nut member, even by a person who does not have the skill. SOLUTION: The female screw phase measuring device is composed of a positioning pallet 20, provided with a reference face 22 making contact on the end face of the axial direction of the nut member 5, a position regulation means for circumferentially and radially positioning the nut member 5 on the positioning pallet 20, a measurement rod 40 inserted in the inside of the nut member 5 fixed on the positioning pallet 20 and capable of being advanced and retracted along the axial direction of the nut member 5, a gauge head 41 mounted on the measuring rod 40 and adapted on the cross sectional shape of the groove 4 formed on the inner peripheral face of the nut member 5, an operation mechanism press-fitting the gauge head 41 to the inside of the groove 4 and separated from the groove 4, and a measurement instrument 47 for measuring an amount of the advance and retraction of the measuring rod 40, produced by engagement of the gauge head 41 and the groove 4.
