PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a dislocation around a connecting part of an elastic holding plate that occurs in assembling or in practical use. SOLUTION: The connecting part is formed at each end of two shafts 20, 21 spacing in the direction of the circumference, and this connecting part is connected to a ring-shaped plate 24 with a bolt 26 and a nut 27 so that the shaft 20 and another shaft 21 alternate with each other in the direction of the circumference. A non-circular elastic holding plate 29 having small bending elasticity is interposed between the head of the bolt 26 and the ring-shaped plate 24, and between the nut 27 and the ring-shaped plate 24 to relax a stress concentration that occurs during the ring-shaped plate 24 is deformed. A fitting claw 32 is formed at the elastic holding plate 29, and this fitting claw 32 is fitted to the side edge of the ring-shaped plate 24 for exerting a detent. The dislocation around the connecting part of the elastic holding plate 29 is prevented by the fit of the fitting claw 32.
