PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a portable telephone set to be folded with a display image facing the outside. SOLUTION: A linking member 6 is located mutually between an operating part 1 and an image display part 2, the linking member 6 and the operating part 1 are linked and the linking member and the display part 2 are linked respectively mutually through shafts 7 and 8 so as to be freely rotated. Thus, the display part 2 is rotated at 360 deg. at a maximum and displayed on the back side of the operating part 1 so that a display image 2a can be exposed at all the time.
