PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device for a rolling ball bearing having no need for the consideration and countermeasures for preventing a run-off of balls and a ball damage in assembling. SOLUTION: A crescent-shaped jig is used for installing a plurality of balls in the space formed between inner and outer rings of which the planes are horizontally disposed and the cores are decentralized, and each of the rings is made of a flexible sheet.
