PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operational responsibility of a directional control valve 2 for the tilting operation of an operational member 7. SOLUTION: The operational responsibility improving device is provided with an operational response signal output means A which outputs an operational response signal to response the operational quantity of the operational member 7, a feedback output means B which outputs a feedback signal to response the actuating amount of the spool of the control valve 2, a processing part C for receiving the operational response signal and the feedback signal, which outputs an actuating command electric signal and a subsidiary pilot means D which inputs a subsidiary pilot pressure to the normal pilot port 3 and the reverse direction port 4 of the control valve 2 individually by the actuating command electric signal from the processing part C. The processing part C detects the response delaying amount of the spool of the control valve 2 in response to the operation of the operational member 7. When the response delaying amount reaches more than a given value, the actuating command electric signal is outputted so as to make, the subsidiary pilot means D generate the subsidiary pilot pressure to dissolve the response delay.
