PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information recording medium having excellent surface smoothness and excellent surface printing property without giving a relatively excessive condition due to heating and pressurization and capable of preventing the generation of curl, and improve the production efficiency by continuously manufacturing the electronic information recording medium. SOLUTION: This electronic information recording medium is formed by sealing an IC unit 9 having an IC chip 6 and an antenna 7 between adhesive layers 4 and 5 interposed between a first sheet material 2 and a second sheet material 3, and the IC unit 9 is directly placed on the second sheet material 3 or through the adhesive layer between them, and after interposing the adhesive layers 4 and 5 from over the IC unit 9, the first sheet material is adhered. The adhesive agent layer interposed on the IC unit is formed of plural adhesive agent layers respectively having a different material value. |
