SOLUTION: The work releaser 1 registers and stores a work 2, e.g. comics in a category of comics 6 in a storage medium 5 using a terminal 3 via a server 4. The browser 11 who wants to browse the comics accesses the category of comics 6 in the storage medium 5 using a terminal 12 via a server 13 browses the comics 15 that he wants to browse via the server 13 and a totalization device 14 at the terminal 12. To the browsed work, the number of times of browsing is automatically added up by the totalization device. The work having the largest number of times of browsing is automatically added up for every category and field, and announced for every fixed period of time. |
