PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financial system in which information communications are facilitated and improved in security while an information providing service is made efficient by performing information communications between a financial institution and clients using an electronic information communications network. SOLUTION: Information being communicated through the Internet is encrypted and transmitted with a key composed by using an account number and a password that are given to a depositor by the financial institution in order to open an account instead of a common key.
