<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the external electrodes (3, 4, and 8) of a piezoelectric ceramic multilayer actuator that comprise a layer at a base metallizing section (3), deposited to a ceramic material (2) on the surface of an actuator (1), combine a reinforcing layer (4) by the base metallizing section layer and a combination layer (8), and brazes a lead wire (5) to the reinforcing layer. SOLUTION: A layer at the metallizing section (3) is structured (15), by interruptions or cutouts (17), thus avoiding the causes for formation of cracks in the actuator as much as possible, and controlling in advance in the cracks, to prevent damages to the actuator.</p> |
