PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to obtain information while doing other operations, to accurately transmit information to a fluid intermediate layer, and to allows the transmission side to concentrate on the stable transmission of the information by giving the right to select the information to a reception side. SOLUTION: This system comprises a keyword transmitting means which sends a keyword to a specific server according to a previously set schedule, an information retrieving means which searches for specific information from the specific server according to the sent keyword, and an arrival reporting means which can report the arrival of the information when the information obtained by the information retrieving means arrives at a terminal device. The user can, therefore, obtain the information while doing other operations, the information can accurately be sent to the fluid intermediate layer, etc., and the right to select the information is given to the reception side to enable the transmission side to concentrate on the stable transmission of the information.
