PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional measuring device is extremely expensive and the device itself is large, and that measurement requires a large quantity of a reagent to be used such as a solvent or the like, to thereby sometimes exert a bad influence on an environment. SOLUTION: Excitation light by a prescribed wavelength is irradiated, and fluorescent intensities a, b at two different excitation wavelengths in fluorescence acquired therefrom are detected, and the concentration of B[a]P is determined by forming simultaneous equations.
