PURPOSE: A system and a method of the credit card payment approval using a wireless terminal on the EC(Electric Commerce) are provided to prevent the illegal and robbery use of a credit card by confirming a payment intention of the ordered user through a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: The credit card payment approval comprises a shopping mall(20) providing a charged service on the Internet and transferring a transaction detail and the credit card information to a card company(40) by receiving the card information from a user if the user makes a transaction through the Internet and requests a payment by the card, the card company requesting the transaction approval to the card owner by transferring the transaction detail and a number of the mobile communication terminal(60) of the preset card owner to a security server(50) and transferring a payment approval result of the card company and a transaction approval result of the card owner to the shopping mall, and the security server. The security server informs the wireless terminal of the card owner of the transaction detail and transfers the transaction approval result of the card owner to the card company.
