Device for anchoring a tie rod in a reinforced concrete composition comprises a holding plate (12) for placing on and fixing to the reinforcement. A guide part (22) is arranged on the holding plate for the tie rod penetrating the holding plate and fixed in the holding plate at a specified angle ( alpha ) to the bearing plane. The guide part is directly formed out of the holding plate in the direction required for setting the desired angle. Preferred Features: The holding plate forms a plane (E) and the guide part forms an angle of 45 deg with the plane.
