<p>It is intended to provide a laborsaving method of determining an antigen concentration in a solution whereby a high reliability and practical availability can be obtained even in an antigen excess region. Namely, an antibody solution is added to a test solution containing an antigen and the turbidity of the mixture is measured. Next, an acidic solution is further added thereto and the turbidity is measured. The concentration of the above antigen is determined based on these data thus obtained.</p> |
