A WWW browser unit (81) transmits search request information containing a keyword of a Web page inputted by the user to an evaluation/search server (7). A search unit (92) of the evaluation/search server (7) receives the search request information through a transmission/reception control unit (91) and retrieves the Web page corresponding to the transmitted keyword from a WWW database (96). The search unit (92) notices an evaluation unit (95) of the URL, which is access information of the Web page acquired as the search result and requests the evaluation unit (95) to calculate the evaluation value of each Web page. The search unit (92) produces the evaluated search result information from the access information on the Web page acquired as the search result and the evaluation value of each Web page reported from the evaluation unit (95) and transmits it through the transmission/reception control unit (91) to the WWW browser unit (81).
