DIRECTED RETRY METHOD BASED ON MACRO DIVERSITY IN CDMA SYSTEM

Present invention discloses a method for directed retry based on macro diversity in CDMA system. This method comprises the steps of determining a condition of decision of a directed retry; reading cell number of the original request admission; determining the cell by using network planning cell information as auxiliary decision; replanning the selected common coverage cell by frequency, thereby obtaining different cell set; selecting one cell set as directed retry target cell set from the different cell set; requesting resource from all cell in the target cell set; and if success of directed retry admission, the directed retry being succeeded. This method improves probability of success for directed retry, decreases switch number of mobile station after it has had access to a dedication channel, and optimize the system performance.
