A method for processing, utilizing and incinerating organic waste is new. A method for processing, utilizing and incinerating organic waste involves: (a) mixing the waste with caustic lime, quicklime, calcium oxide-containing fly ash from coal-fired power stations or calcined dolomite to cause exothermic hydration reaction; (b) mixing the obtained at least partially dewatered, free-flowing, screenable and storable dry product, in fine powder form, with water, papermaking sludge or sludge from communal clarification plants to give a slurry or paste; and (c) treating with calcium oxide-containing material to cause additional sterilization and evaporation, giving a free-flowing, easily screened and dosed product (I).
