The exhaust gas supercharger has an exhaust gas turbine (3) in the exhaust manifold (5) and a compressor in the induction manifold (7). The compressor wheel (9) has a separate attachment rotor (10). The blades of this rotor have a trailing edge angle which is greater than the leading edge angle. The compressor wheel does not rotate relative to the exhaust gas turbine.
