The present invention aims to supply formulas of agricultural agents with no undesirable effect on crops and low risk of running off of agricultural agents from a paddy field, due to the excellent dispersion of the active ingredients of agricultural agents as well as quick sank of the carriers into the water after dispersion, and being prepared at reasonably low costs.
