The present invention is related to a computerized method for studying alterations of movements of objects, physiological movements, i.e. visceral dynamics, of abdominal and uro-genital viscera or parts of viscera, said alterations being organized and repeated regularly and having a rhythm determined by respiration, said method comprising the steps of: capturing two images of said viscera in maximum inhalation condition and maximum exhalation condition respectively, improving the quality of said images by using image enhancing techniques, selecting said viscera on a screen, defining the contours of said viscera on both said images, calculating the amplitude of the viscera movement between said inhalation and said exhalation position. |
