Filtering apparatus (26) for an injection liquid is arranged to cap an injection bottle (10) and which includes a rigid outer structure (16), forming an inner space (28) therein, having proximal and distal ends, with respect to an operator, defining a y-axis, between the proximal and distal ends, with the positive direction, +y, towards the proximal end, and capping the injection bottle (10) at its distal end and a hypodermic needle (22) and filter (24), located in the inner space (28), aligned along the y-axis and arranged to travel in the y directions and to pierce a covering material (18) of the injection bottle (10), for drawing the injection liquid from the injection bottle (10) and for filtering the injection liquid respectively and a syringe receptor (27), located at the proximal end of the rigid structure (16), directly over the filter (24), for providing communication between a syringe and the filter (24) and the hypodermic needle (22).
