A ring lined with felt and with two vertical struts supports the handle of the tool. In the handle there is a guide for the draw rod and a hinge for the lever. The draw rod is raised over a hinge, and in the forward section of the lever there is a cut-out to accommodate the draw rod. A hard rubber adhesive plate in different forms is attached to a threaded rod. A self-locking nut as an adjustable bearing surface for the lever is located on the upper section of the draw rod.
