A merchandiser dispensing assembly for bottles (2) having a cap (4) and an integral neck flange (6), the assembly including a track (20) having opposed rails (22) receiving the neck flange (6) in suspended sliding relation and a bottle engageable stop portion (34) at the front end (30). A gate member (50) is pivotally mounted at the front end (52) adjacent one of the rails (22) of the track (20) to retain a rearward group of bottles (2) in spaced relation from the first bottle (2). Removal of the first bottle permits the gate member (50) to move out of the path of the group (22) and allow the first bottle (2) of the group (22) to move into the position occupied by the removed bottle (2). The track (20) includes hangers (26; 28) holding the rails (22) apart and being attachable to forward and rearward transverse supports (12; 14) to hold the track (20) in an inclined position to permit gravity feed of the bottles (2).
