The invention concerns a directional drilling device comprising a shaft (5) driven in rotation, a drilling bit (3) driven in rotation by the shaft, a tubular body (7) coaxial with the shaft, at least two roller bearings (8, 9), co-operating between the body and the shaft, deflecting means including at least a sealed chamber consisting of at least two slide rails capable of moving in the slots provided in a mandrel arranged in the annular space included between the shaft (5) and the body (7).
