A monitor system for monitoring the business generally to improve the quality, the reliability and the safety. A handled information registeration relay system (1a) is connected via a communication network (8) to a party-concerned terminal (4) of a party concerned handling data, a handler terminal (5) for acquiring the data and an administrator terminal (7) for managing the information. The handled information registeration relay system (1a) is provided with transceiver means (12) for controlling the transmission/reception of data, handled information registering means (19) for registering the data from the handler terminal (5), database managing means (17) for managing the data, and access right authenticating means (16) for authenticating the user.
