PURPOSE: An attachment structure of a waterproof/dampproof film laminated on the outside of cylindrical fabric and a laminating method of the film are provided to improve the appearance of textile bags, to enable a worker to safely transfer the textile bags even in winter. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second waterproof/dampproof films(2a,2b) are attached to the outside of a cylindrical fabric(1) with the cylindrical fabric are folded in flat, and then the cylindrical fabric is spread and folded again in an opposite direction with the former folding direction so that a portion that the first and second waterproof/dampproof don't attached is located at the flat both surfaces of the cylindrical fabric. At this condition, a third and a fourth waterproof/dampproof films(3a,3b) are attached so that all waterproof/dampproof films surround the outside of the cylindrical fabric in a circular form. |
