发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing high magnetic flux density grain-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided, in which with the addition of B in steel, N is removed from steel and AIN precipitation is inhibited by properly controlling temperature conditions during annealing. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of hot rolling a steel slab comprising C 0.02-0.1 wt.%, Si 1.0-4.8 wt.%, S 0.006 wt.% or less, sol-Al 0.01-0.05 wt.%, Mn 0.05-0.2 wt.%, N 0.010 wt.% or less, 0.001 wt.%<=B<=0.012 wt.%, a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities in the temperature range of 1200 to 1300°C; annealing the hot rolled steel sheet in a temperature range satisfying the following equation, annealing temperature of hot rolled steel sheet(°C)=1360-11,111x£Sol. Al(wt.%)|±100°C; carrying out cold rolling, decarburization, and nitriding treatment in series so as to form AIN; and hot annealing the steel sheet by using above AlN as a recrystallization inhibitor. N content after nitriding treatment is 100 to 500 ppm. The obtained grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has a magnetic flux density(B10) of higher than 1.9 Tesla, an iron loss(W17/50) of less than 1.3w/kg.
