PURPOSE: A sun visor phone is provided to prevent the decline in activity of a driver or passengers due to a hands-free telephone by allowing a hands-free circuit to be built in a sun visor. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor(1) for a vehicle is provided at its outside with a binder(3) for selectively fastening a portable telephone(2) thereto. The sun visor(1) is provided at its inside with a hands-free circuit substrate(10) having a battery charging terminal(4) and an earphone connection terminal(6) for the portable telephone(2). A power supply line(7) of a hands-free circuit substrate(10) is connected to a battery line(9), which is connected to a room lamp(8) in the vehicle, via a hinge shaft(1a) of the sun visor(1).
