PURPOSE: A driver's seat structure for a bus is provided to avoid a driver's inconvenience when the driver takes his seat by allowing a buckle to be erected at an angle of 90 degrees during absence of the driver or slanted at an angle of 45 degrees during occupation of the seat by a driver. CONSTITUTION: A seat cushion(11) is provided at the lower side thereof with two stages of scissors members(20) which are extendable or retractable depending on the load of a driver. The seat cushion(11) is provided at one side thereof with a buckle(30) which is rotatable about a hinge shaft(25). A link(24) is connected to one rod member(21) of one of scissors members(20). A rod(30a) of the buckle(30) is connected to an end of link(21). The extension or retraction of the two stages of scissors members(20) causes the buckle(30) to be erected at an angle of 90 degrees or slanted at an angle of 45 degrees.
