PURPOSE: A device for discharging the cooling water is provided to easily trace a kidnapping vehicle by marking the course of the kidnapping vehicle with water. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging the cooling water comprises an infrared sensor(21) to sense the temperature of the human body in a trunk(10), a trunk lamp(22) formed in the trunk to brighten the inside of the trunk when the temperature of the human body is sensed in the trunk, a retina sensor(23) formed on the trunk lamp to recognize the retina of the human body, and an electronic control unit to open a discharge valve when the retina of the human body is sensed. As the discharge valve is opened, the cooling water is discharged. Therefore, the course of a kidnapping vehicle is marked.
