STICK COIL ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A stick coil assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve the characteristic and durability of a stick coil and to maintain stabilized quality by absorbing thermal deformation due to high temperature heat via a shock absorbing unit formed between a primary core and a secondary spool. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing unit is prepared in a space between the upper portions of a primary core and a secondary spool. For absorbing the internal stress due to contraction and expansion, the shock absorbing unit is interposed with a cup made of liquid silicone having excellent heat resistance. Since the internal stress due to thermal deformation is absorbed, the generation of cracks is avoided.
