PURPOSE: Provided is a chain-style hula hoop which uses a combination member to combine several connection pieces for enabling assembly and decomposition simply and make ease of storing for no use. CONSTITUTION: The chain-style hula hoop comprises the parts of: the connection piece(10) which entirely forms an upper and a lower connection subject(11)(12) at one side and an insertion subject(13) which includes a waist insertion part(13') with a projection part(13A)(13B) formed oppositely and plural acupressure projections(13C) at the external circumference side; and the combination member(20) which is inserted into the middle hole of the insertion subject and places a compression spring(23) within an upper case(21) and a lower case(22) to combine the connection piece.
