PURPOSE: A motor-driven parking device is provided to improve the operability of a parking brake and to enhance the reliability of a parking device by winding or unwinding a parking wire via a motor. CONSTITUTION: A motor-driven parking device comprises a parking switch(1) selectively controlled when a vehicle is parked or stopped, a vehicle speed sensor(2) to detect the traveling speed of a vehicle, a control unit(3) to selectively drive a motor(4) by receiving the output signals of the parking switch, the vehicle speed sensor and front and rear limit switches(7,8), the motor, a cam gear(5) to drive or release a parking brake by winding or unwinding a parking wire(9), and the front and rear limit switches.
