PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time, reduce chips and reuse a blanking wooden piece by chipping only the outer periphery of a hole, or chipping only the outer periphery of the hole by laser machining or hydraulic machining and finishing with a router in a machining method using numerically controlled router. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of a hole is cut out and bored in a game board having a plastic thin plate on the surface of a veneer by the numerically controlled router.
