PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform confirming and repairing works of failure parts in a pipeline by moving in the pipeline. SOLUTION: This in-pipeline self traveling type working device is provided with a moving machine body 20 having moving means 21 and 22 movable in the pipeline direction with the inner wall surface of the pipe 10 set to a traveling passage, at least, a pair of operating elements 24 and 24 extending from the side of the moving machine body 20 in the inner wall surface direction of the pipeline and capable of pressurizing a member and a machine sued for a sealing work toward the inner wall surface and of contracting in the direction of the moving machine body, and a monitoring means 30 for monitoring or observing the working states by the operating elements 24 and 24.
