<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino alcohol or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, and other derivatives having low toxicity and an immunosuppressive activity. SOLUTION: The amino alcohol derivative is represented by formula (1) [wherein, R1 and R2 are a hydrogen atom or a protecting group of an amino group; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a protecting group of a hydroxy group; R4 is a lower alkyl group; n is an integer of 1-6; X is an ethylene group; Y is a C1-C10 alkylene group; R5 is an aryl group or a substituted aryl group; R6 and R7 are hydrogen atoms; where if R5 is a hydrogen atom, Y is a group other than a single bonded normal chain C1-C10 alkylene group]. Its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, and other derivatives are also provided.</p> |
