<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet for a skin or a head hair easy to carry, excellent in holdability by a hand, good in tight fitting feel, and soft to the skin or the hair. SOLUTION: In the cleaning sheet for the skin or the head hair, a cleaning agent (2) containing practically no water composed of a water absorptive polymer powder and a surfactant is sandwiched from both sides by two sandwiching sheets of which at least one face is made of a water permeable sheet (1), and the periphery of the sandwiching sheet is sealed.</p> |
